Amazing New Chinese Food and Decor in Birmingham
In the heart of Birmingham’s bustling Chinatown stands Ming Moon, the biggest and most glamorous of the area’s Chinese restaurants.
With space for over 450 guests, it’s a venue that’s ideal for a quiet meal with family, friends or colleagues or for a far bigger celebration such as a birthday or anniversary.
The large brightly-decorated dining room, which opens on to busy Hurst Street, is adaptable to cope with groups of all sizes.
But whatever the occasion, guests can rest assured that the huge variety of freshly prepared dishes served at Birmingham city centre’s only Chinese buffet restaurant are delicious.
And there are plenty of options for customers who want to make their visit something out of the ordinary.
For Ming Moon has an array of ten private dining and karaoke rooms that they can make their own for the night… or early morning.
The decor and theme in each is unique – ranging from the Buddha Bar and Gangham room to the apres-ski room and the Guns & Rose room. Each is of a different size to make them suitable for all sorts of events. There are specially-assigned waiters standing by to bring guests mouthwatering dishes from the extensive food menu and drinks from the stylish bar.
The rooms are also equipped with karaoke equipment, including surround-sound speakers and big TV screens, so that revellers can unleash their secret Dolly Partons or Frank Sinatras.
Party packages are also available for kids. The restaurant has a live open kitvhen over 10 meter long so guests can watch the busy hers at work creating fabulous dishes. Ming Moon – going strong since 2010 – is located in the same spacious building as its sister restaurant Wing Wah, which specialises in high-class dim sum and a la carte.
There’s no room hire charge for the karaoke rooms.
There’s a Chinatown Car Park discount scheme when you dine at Ming Moon – £5 for 12 hours of parking. T & C’s apply
