August Bank Holiday Weekend with Bitters N Twisted
The August Bank Holiday is almost here and if you haven’t made plans already to make the most of the last long weekend of the Summer, we’ve got just the thing. Bitters N Twisted have revealed the events at their venues for the weekend and there is something for everyone!
New Inn, Harborne – A long weekend of live music and outdoor cinema
From 2pm on Saturday, 4 acts will take to the stage in their lovely beer garden, bringing a blend of acoustic, folk and jazz to the long weekend!
Then to celebrate the Bank Holiday Sunday, The New Inn and Flatpack: Assemble invite you to a free screening of “Shaun of the Dead” in the garden.
With cocktail Happy Hour, beautiful drinks & home cooked food served until 8pm, The New Inn has all you could need for a perfect long weekend!

On Saturday, guests can book their table in Dr Jekyll’s parlour for an afternoon tea party and spend wonderful time with friends and family between 12-2pm
On Sunday, a mini 1 hour masterclass on the history of gin can be booked for £10pp between 2-5pm.
Happy Hour will be running all weekend from Thursday 5pm until they close on Sunday. It’s 2 cocktails for £9 – perfect to make the most of the long weekend.
The Jekyll and Hyde will be open on Sunday from 2pm for all you gin based needs and closed on Monday Bank Holiday.
