Soaking Up The Summer Sun At Bierkeller’s Bavarian Beer Garden In Nottingham.
Bierkeller Entertainment Complex on Friar Lane has unveiled its new beer garden to let customers enjoy every second of warm British weather while it lasts!
The garden has been planted to the rear of the landmark building, which houses three venues under one roof – the traditional Bavarian-style Bierkeller, sports bar Shooters and Around The World.
It opened in March after a multi-million pound investment, transforming three floors into three very different bar and restaurant options. Now, with summer nearly here, owners BurningNight Group have decided to add an outdoor element to give customers even more choice. General manager Sean Cullen says the new beer garden is a great addition to the venue and one which has taken lots of people by surprise.
He added: “We’ve been open just over two months and we’ve already become a big part of the nightlife in Nottingham, but from the frontage you can’t tell that we have any outdoor space and certainly nothing like this.
“We’re right in the heart of the city centre but we’ve created something that has a really lush feel and look to it. It’s not only been turfed we’ve added green living walls, like vertical gardens, on both sides which make a big difference.”
Isaac Mayne, head of marketing and promotions for BurningNight Group, says the company is keen to offer something extra whenever it can.
“The conversion of the three floors was a big success, creating our three signature Bierkeller Entertainment Complex venues, but we didn’t want to stop there,” he added. “We had this space so we wanted to really utilise it in the best way possible so our customers can make the most of hot sunny afternoons and long summer evenings.
“There’s plenty of seating and we’ve installed outdoor heaters in case it gets a bit chilly so we’re looking forward to whatever the summer’s got for us now.”
