‘Louis Louis Pizza & Deli Emporium’ has taken over the kitchen at Das Kino on Fletcher Gate, serving up classic pizzas and sandwiches with a cutting edge twist. The pop up pizza parlour and deli features a menu of bold flavours designed to give diners something little bit different.
Run by twenty three year old Nottingham chef Louis Gray, pizzas on offer include ‘Costa del Kino’ with chorizo, chargrilled red pepper, rocket and chorizo oil and ‘The Left Lion; with sweet chilli glazed pineapple, shredded ham hock and jalapenos. All the pizzas come topped with Louis Louis signature tomato sauce or garlic and parsley butter and finished with mozzerella and parmesan.
The sides feature the likes of Bratwurst baked beans and warm giant pull-apart pretzels with hummus, balsamic vinegar and oil. Deli style sandwiches and homemade cakes are also be on offer alongside a Sunday Brunch service.
He said: “It’s been my goal since I was a kid to go it alone so I’m now just looking forward to getting stuck in. Working with the guys at Das Kino has been great and I’m hoping to help them continue to make it the place to go in Nottingham.”
