Unwind And Experience Mindfulness Under The Moon At Deda
Back with another action-filled programme, Deda have just announced their autumn season which will run from September to December.
From yoga for wellbeing to breath taking performances, the programme has something for everyone.
Whether you’re a beginner or not, experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity of a guided mindfulness session under Luke Jerram’s Museum of the Moon. The magical evening will take over Derby Cathedral from the 16th September to 6th October.
Relax and allow your mind to rest as certified mindfulness tutor Pam Sidhu leads the workshop on the 17th September. This will seek to take advantage of the installation’s moonlight and surround sound composition, added by Dan Jones (BAFTA and Ivor Novello award winning composer) to bring extra serenity to your night.
This Autumn we will also see the return of Deda’s popular yoga programme. The new addition of a ‘Yoga for Wellbeing’, will take place on Wednesday evenings from 18:30.
Once again, beginners are always more than welcome as the session aims to tackle restlessness and will allow your mind and body to breath.
Two ticketed events will take place over two nights. ‘UduL’ will see award-winning Catalan circus company Los Galindos perform acrobatics, trapeze and contemporary dance in an intimate and enchanting show. It will take place on Friday 27th September at 19:00 and 21:30, as well as Saturday 28th at 14:00 and 17:00.
With a limited capacity, advance booking is essential for these two events.
