Bongo’s Bingo to Make Birmingham Debut

Bongo’s Bingo is coming to Birmingham at the end of August

After taking Liverpool, Manchester and Leeds by storm, Bongo’s Bingo will make its Birmingham debut at Rainbow Venues.

After causing scenes of madness mayhem in Liverpool, Manchester, Cardiff and Leeds, Bongo’s Bingo will be making a one off special debut at Rainbow Venues in Birmingham on 27th August.

Started just over 13 months ago at Camp and Furnace Liverpool, Bongo’s Bingo has affirmed itself as must-go-to event selling out their weekly slots around the UK. A decidedly sedate British pastime has been given a vibrantly new lease of life featuring big cash prizes, “$hit” prizes, rave intervals and dance-offs. At previous events, attendees have walked away with items including mobility scooters, a sailing boat, a Porsche and boxes of Coco Pops.

Bongo’s Bingo is hosted by the mercurial master of ceremonies, Jonny Bongo, who is well known for hosting some of the most outrageous pub quizzes known to man and even holds the record title for the biggest pub quiz ever held. His big personality, quick wit and iconic put downs create scenes of bedlam throughout the eight rounds of bingo.

The event is also famed for its surprise performances with previous appearances from David Hasselhoff, Five, S Club and Ms Dynamite as well as other nostalgic acts who add to the excitement of the night. Jonny and the team also made their festival debut this year hosting a Bongo’s Bingo Pop Up in the VIP area of Parklife and will head to Creamfields later in the year.

First release tickets are priced at £6 and are available here.
