Saved By The Brunch! The Alchemist Launch Throwback Themed Brunch
Inspired by the iconic decade that gave us Dr. Dre and Britney Spears, premium bar and restaurant, The Alchemist is kicking it back to the 90s this bank holiday weekend with the launch of ‘Saved by The Brunch’. Debuting on Sunday 27th May 2018, the throwback themed brunch will be available every Sunday from 10am – 5pm*.
The offer includes three cocktails, plus any brunch dish for just £25 per person. Not only is the menu filled to the brim with classic brunch dishes such as The Full English and Eggs Benedict, it also features a selection of vegetarian options including the Halloumi and Avocado Muffin. A variety of cocktails are also available including a Bloody Mary and The Alchemist’s iconic Lightbulb Moment.
In keeping with the theme, an additional throwback cocktail menu is also available, serving up suitably retro drinks such as The Solero, Screwball and Rhubarb and Custard Sour – with a background of 90s beats and classics for toe-tappingly good tunes.
Jenny McPhee, Head of Brand of The Alchemist, commented: “Brunches have really swept the nation in recent years – and being The Alchemist, we wanted to do something a little different. The 90s is an iconic era, particularly in music terms and it resonates with people of all generations. We can’t wait to hear what our customers think, I’m sure they’ll love it as much as we do.”

*The brunch is available 10am-5pm only on Bank Holiday Sundays, and 10am-2pm on regular Sundays.
