Harvey Nichols Cocktail of The Month: Italicus Spritz

Harvey Nichols Bar Manager Max Williams shares the recipe for his favourite cocktail.

“Italicus is a delicious Italian Aperitivo liqueur made from bergamot, citrus and botanicals to create a very rich and refreshing spirit. For the Italicus Spritz, we’ve paired it with a rose liqueur to add an unusual sweetness.”

Ingredients:

25ml Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto
25ml Miclo Rose liqueur
15ml lavender syrup
2 dashes of lemon bitters
Top with Harvey Nichols Processco, orange peel and a
fresh sprig of mint to garnish.

Build in wine glass filled with cubed ice and gently stir.
