Leicester’s Newest Festival 180Fest to Launch Next Month
With just a few weeks to go until 180Fest begins we delve into the happenings of this latest local festival. From burlesque to rock bands, it has it all. The festival will take place at 96 Degrees Coffee Shop, BREWDOG and The Exchange.
The concept behind 180Fest is seeing art in unusual settings, flipping people’s views. One highlight of the event will be House of Verse who will be performing on 11th March at BREWDOG from 12:30 pm.
There are six events over the course of two days – 10th/11th March 2017. Three on Friday night, two Saturday afternoon and the finale event on Saturday evening. There is guaranteed to be something for everyone, whether you’re into music, fashion, spoken word or wanting to see something totally new!
One of the events that we are really looking forward to is burlesque in 96 Degrees Coffee Shop on Friday 10th march from 7pm. Accompanied by an acoustic spoken word artist and a jazz band. Now this really is not something you see every day! For only £5 a ticket and a variety of drinks on offer from spirits to latte’s it’s going to be an evening to remember.
