Want To Build A Career In The Music Industry? Town Hall Symphony Hall Launch 360 Young Producers Programme
It can be daunting, wanting to work in the music industry: creating new music, understanding the world of self-employment, developing your business skills, identifying opportunities, while finding out what it is you actually want to do within the music business.
The 360 Young Producers Programme is a new music industry training course that will answer all of these questions and fast track your career in music, whether you are a musician, an emerging artist manager, a music producer, an events promoter, a music programmer or maybe you just want to learn more about the music industry.
Created by Town Hall Symphony Hall (THSH), our 360 Young Producers Programme enables 16-25 year-olds to explore the music industry from all angles, gaining practical skills from music industry professionals, learning how to produce, programme and deliver live music events at the iconic Town Hall and Symphony Hall in Birmingham. Young creative leaders will have a better understanding of how the commercial/business sector works.
THSH has hosted thousands of internationally recognised musicians, including Bat For Lashes, Kano, Rag’n’Bone Man, Nubya Garcia, London Grammar, Anna Calvi and KT Tunstall.
We want to use our world class live music venues and platforms to help you, the next generation of music professionals, find your way into the music industry.
The 360 Programme will host a series of intimate workshops sessions, with artist managers, musicians, record label managers, creative producers, music programmers, music business lecturers, music marketers and many more creative industry professionals throughout the programme; whilst at the same time you will have opportunities to develop, manage and deliver two live music events at the iconic Town Hall and Symphony Hall venues in Birmingham.
