Ingredients:

35ml Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin
15ml Campari
Ginger Ale top up

Method:

Pour ingredients into a highball glass over cubed ice.

Garnish with grated chocolate and a mint sprig


Bunny Ears

Ingredients:

25ml Whitley Neill Rhubarb & Ginger Gin
25ml Aperol
25ml Carrot Juice
75ml Orange Juice

Method:

Pour ingredients to into a cocktail shaker. (You can use an empty sauce jar if you do not have a shaker) , then add some ice to your cocktail shaker or sauce jar and shake again and serve over cubed ice in a highball glass.

Garnish with an orange slice.


Easter Highball


Ingredients:

35ml Whitley Neill Original Gin
15ml Aperol
Lemonade top up 

Method:

Build in a highball glass over cubed ice.

Garnish with an orange slice.


Choco Milkshake


Ingredients:

25ml J.J Whitley Vanilla Vodka
25ml Baileys
100ml Chocolate Milk

Method:

Build in a highball glass over cubed ice.

Garnish with an orange wedge and mint sprig.
