Harvey Nichols Birmingham makes vegetables the star of the show with the launch of its new vegan menu. Whether you’re a committed carnivore, a fish fanatic or have already signed up to a plant-based diet, the delicious dishes are packed with green goodness – perfect after all that festive over-indulging.
To encourage diners to experiment with new flavours or enjoy Veganuary in style, Head Chef Stewart Mackie and his team have created a range of dishes so tasty you’ll forget there’s no meat on your plate.
For starters choose from grilled mixed vegetables or spiced Asian soup, while mains include vegetable and red lentil curry, tofu club sandwich with rice paper bacon and vegan cheese, or smoked Portobello mushroom burger with onion rings. Desserts include pineapple Carpaccio with rose sorbet and an indulgent chocolate brownie.
